Thank you for shopping with VISAIS. Below you will find important information about our shipping terms and conditions.

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Slovakia, the European Union, and worldwide. Shipping costs and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

3. Carriers & Pickup Points

We ship through reliable delivery services such as SPS, GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS and Packeta. Where available, customers can select a pickup point during checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

 

5. Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details. VISAIS is not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for non-EU orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the seller and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
